CREDIT CARDS  

We accept Credit Card Via Pay Pal only.
If for any reason you place a "charge back" on your credit card you will be charged a charge back fee of $45.00 plus any legal fees incurred due to such actions and will be charged the TOTAL amount of your order including shipping.

MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER’S CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS, AND PERSONAL CHECKS

KTISS  accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a PAY PAL, money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. KTISS cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. KTISS. will charge a $45.00 fee on all returned checks, plus any legal fees incurred due to such actions and will be charged the TOTAL amount of your order including shipping or orders that are refused after we ship them. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.

Instructions for paying by cashier’s check, check or money order

Include a print out of your KTISS order form from our order confirmation with payment to:

Product will be shipped the day Cashiers check or Money order Clears Bank (if product is in stock).

Note: Please write the KTISS. confirmation number on all payments. We also suggest sending the payment to KTISS  with a tacking method. No Weekend or Holiday Shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY

KTISS. will ship your product to you by methods available for your specific needs. You have the option of next day, next day saver, second day, three day, commercial ground, or residential ground shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order. There is a minimum fee of $4.95 per shipment. We here at KTISS try to process and ship all orders placed via our web site on the same day (except weekends and holidays). Sometimes when you have placed your order, the product may be in route to our warehouses, so please allow 3-5 business days for processing of some orders. There will be an automatic charge of $45.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused or if UPS has made three (3) attempts to deliver your package to no avail. Same Day Shipping is available on orders placed by 1:00 p.m. PST Mon. - Fri., if the product is in stock at the time the order is received at the warehouse. KTISS. does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays therefore, any orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped (if in stock) on the next business day.

BACKORDERS

KTISS., will automatically update our on-line store so that we may offer our customers the most up-to date products available. Because our store consists of over several hundred Item and due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock. 

RETURN POLICY

If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may return it for a replacement of same unit, subject to manufacturer restrictions. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Before returning any item, you must contact the manufactures technical support department to see if they can resolve the problem (no exceptions). After you have done this, contact our returns department via email at returns@klohoker.com within 30 days of your invoice date for a Return Authorization number. Requests for Return Authorization numbers must be directed to KTISS online store at which the product was purchased.


NOTE: By requesting a Return Authorization number does NOT guarantee a Return Authorization, this is simply a request and will be reviewed for acceptance.

NOTE: No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an Return Merchandise Authorization number.

KTISS will not accept any opened Software returns.

The Return Authorization number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. KTISS. will offer a replacement on computer hardware subject to the terms noted below. For software, KTISS will only offer a replacement or refund on unopened items. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. KTISS will only offer a full refund (minus shipping) on any unopened product returned within the first 30 days of invoice. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty. In order to receive a replacement, exchange or repair, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid and the item unopened. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. There will be a $35.00 re-box fee for products returned in a damaged box. All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your Return Authorization number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit. All returned items for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee, original shipping is "non-refundable" and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.  All Electronics, opened software and special order items may only be returned for a replacement and not for  refund within 30 days of invoice and accompanied with an Return Authorization number.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. KTISS reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. In order to protect the interests of our customer’s, all orders placed over $500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Klohoker Technologies. is confident in the quality of our products. If you have received a defective product please contact our returns department via e-mail at returns@klohoker.com within 30 days to request a replacement. Please have the following information at hand when requesting a replacement: (refer to invoice)

                         1. Confirmation Number
                         2. Product stock number
                         3. Bill-to Name
                         4. Bill-to zip code
                         5. Bill-to phone number

NOTE: Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item back:

All items must be in original condition with all packing material, manuals, software, and registration cards).
Remember to include your Invoice from the original order.
You must write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
The Return Authorization number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.

Return your package to the address listed below.
You must send your packages with tracking information.
All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

NOTE: The original items must be received by our warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your Return Authorization number.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

All of KTISS products are covered by a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee against defects only. For a replacement of your defective product please contact our customer service department at sales@klohoker.com   or via the world wide web for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and a replacement of the original item (if applicable), excluding shipping
and handling charges.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (at KTISS discretion). You must return the product in original condition at your expense including packaging, documentation and, if applicable, its blank warranty card and see the following conditions:

    1. Electronics and  opened software may only be returned for a replacement or upgrade for an item of equal or similar value only and not for refund.

    2. Any defective products must be returned within 30 days of invoice date for replacement or exchange of same item or valued equivalent.

    3. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.

    4. In order to receive a replacement or exchange, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your item.

    5. The Return Authorization number is valid for 10 days from date of issuance. The Return Authorization number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an Return Authorization number, no exceptions!

NOTE: Please contact customer service via e-mail at returns@klohoker.com before you make a return. No returns will be accepted without an accompanying Return Authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

All warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

REBATES

All Rebate offers are solely between the customer and the manufacture. All coupons & claims offered to the "end users" through the manufactures can be found on the manufactures web site for download.  KTISS cannot be held responsible for end users (customers) who do not get the rebate in on time or whom purchase after the deadlines set forth by the manufacture for claims of said rebate offer. KTISS recommends sending in Rebate coupons via Registered U.S. Mail for your protection.  Most rebate offers allow 15-30 days to post date past the deadline for purchases made in the required specified time to send in their rebate offers. DO NOT get the post date mixed up with the deadline of purchase, they are two different things.

As our prices fluctuate daily, we do not guarantee the price listed on other websites or price engines. The price listed on KTISS website is the only price honored. TAX

Klohoker Technologies is located in Arizona and is only obligated to withhold 9% sales tax for delivery within Arizona.
If you live outside of Arizona, you do not pay any sales tax !

Seller ( KTISS ) hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchants ability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser, upon receipt of goods. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have any questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
